Soul-Fullness by Tosin King James is a spiritual book. This book is a 21-day guide that has worked for many people according to what is written in the book and the testimonials found at the end of the book. I think this book is helpful because it just helps you to identify things you never knew. I want to read the book again to just go through this process properly because I just didn't focus properly. I think it can work on someone serious about learning more about themselves and how they evolved in their soul, spiritually, and more. In these 21 days, the author has a list of things you need to do like activities, journaling, and fun stuff to do.

What I loved about this book is that James wrote this book in a way that anyone would understand. Well, some parts were not easy to understand but then it was readable. I love that James used his experiences to write this book which makes it easy to relate to the book. I love that the book is educational and very easy to understand. The author made it also interesting by including some elements that wouldn't have been added to any book.

What annoyed me is the excessive use of dreams. I feel like there were a bunch of dreams that didn't make sense. I think the author should have limited use of dreams because they made us readers confused and some of us can't interpret dreams. I think this is just my opinion, some probably understood the part of the dreams but it wasn't easy for me.

Therefore I would like to rate the book 4 out of 4 because it was exceptionally edited. The format of the book was applaudable because it was easy to follow and apply in my life as a reader. This book deserves this rating because it was one of the best self-help books I have read. It was also easy to just do what the author said. I didn't need to do extra things or go a mile to just apply the lessons taught which is one of the things I loved.

I will recommend this book to people who would love to learn more about spirituality and growth. I think this book would be suitable for people who want to learn and find help emotionally and also be guided. I feel there are a lot of lessons found in this book that can be used by the readers
