Man Mission by Eytan Uliel is a beautiful story that captures the adventures of four men over the space of 15 years. These guys, while in college, always fantasized about traveling around the world, tasting different delicacies, hiking, and kayaking in different nations. They soon forgot about these fantasies as they grew up to become men and were occupied with their busy lives, occupations, and relationships. Along the line, they got hold of this dream again and went on their first trip to New Zealand, which marked the beginning of Man Mission. For 15 years, they traveled to 15 different countries, among which are Japan, Australia, Thailand, South Korea, South Africa, Vietnam, and Peru.

As the years rolled by, these men experienced significant changes, like becoming husbands and making crucial decisions in their careers. And Man Mission became where they could learn how to navigate through life as men.

Man Mission is an interesting piece. Not just interesting but also thought-provoking. It creatively brings to our awareness the tedious responsibilities that come with being a man, which we might have neglected. We tend to see men as people without emotions who can survive anything without being hurt, but we forget that they're humans too and have a lot to deal with just like every other person.

I love that this beautiful piece touches so many aspects of life, like friendships, family, marriage, and fatherhood. I enjoyed reading this novel, and I liked how well the author described the emotions in the novel; you might find yourself laughing or crying at certain points. It's a lovely one.

As the saying goes, life is bittersweet and that's the exact way it is portrayed in this novel, as all of the characters have their share of life, as it is with us even in real-life situations. Well done to Eytan for this beautiful book.

I have no negative comments about this book. I enjoyed reading it as it carried me through a journey that has impacted me positively.

This novel narrates daily life events creatively. Also, the plot is straightforward and there are no plot twists. The book is also exceptionally well edited; I found no errors. Hence, I rate it 4 out of 4 stars.

I recommend this book to fathers and mature teen boys who are unaware of what manhood and adulthood have in store for them. And yes, I recommend this book to people who love to read adventure stories.
