Review of We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies
The book We are Voulhire by Matthew Tysz has 910 pages. This book explores the challenges leaders face in trying to keep society peaceful, whether out of altruistic or self-serving motives. It touches on topics including friendship, politics, magic, oppression, and terror.
Galen is content to leave his house and take possession of his granduncle's estate after growing accustomed to scrounging for a living. In Voulhire, a nation of peace and affluence, science, and cosmic bodies, where people go in pursuit of greener pastures, he is offered the opportunity to start over by meeting new people and adjusting to a new environment. While this is happening, the citizens of Hillport, a city in Voulhire, are uninterested in their new lord because their prior experiences have not been favourable. The monarch assigns Lord Eldus and his family to oversee Hillport's populace, who are thought to be under attack and work to ameliorate their lot. By reading this book, you can go on the characters' exploration into Voulhire's mysteries.
We are Voulhire by Matthew Tysz added more depth and information, and I appreciated how the author incorporated a map into it. The book's title, which was intriguing and caught my attention right away, was another thing I loved about it. I liked reading this book very much. There were numerous characters, each with a unique backstory, personality, and position. Before writing about each character, the author would introduce them. I also appreciated how he alphabetically listed and defined any made-up words or terms that were used in the book. The characterization and details in this novel were astounding because they allowed you to picture what was happening. This book demonstrates that the author is an expert in his industry because he succeeded in making us feel a connection with each of the characters and escorting us to a different setting. Due to this, reading this book was truly outstanding.
Regarding this book, I have no unfavourable thoughts. The novel was well-written. From the plot to the characters, I adored every second of it. It also featured a large cast of characters, which, in my opinion, gave the tale more personality. The fact that each character had a crucial role to play in the story kept me interested and eager to comprehend and follow the tale. This book was professionally edited. I will give it a rating of 4 out of 4 stars.
I recommend this book to those who enjoy action, suspense, and fantasy because they will like it.
