Unicorns Know Magic by Charles Adkins is a children’s book that depicts the story of two brothers and their neighbors, the unicorns. The unicorn’s birthplace was the stars, and their home was the moon and Mars. Their names are Abby, Georgia, Bitsy, and Chase, and each one of them has a special talent. They had magnificent wings that allowed them to fly far away and take the two brothers on fascinating and fun adventures all around the world. From France to England, they had an amazing time getting to know the diverse aspects specific to those places. Every trip was an educational adventure that taught them new things. Even at school and home, the unicorns were proving how smart and amazing friends they could be. What amazing things will the unicorns do next?

One aspect that I liked about Unicorns Know Magic by Charles Adkins is the educative side of the story. With each adventure and new place, the kids and the unicorns encountered, I learned new facts. For example, when they flew to Paris, I learned a few French words and one of the food specialties, croissants. Another aspect that I liked is the beautiful illustrations that depicted the exact environment and emotions desired by the author. I also loved the vibrant and joyful colors and the vibe given by the illustrations. I could not think of a better choice for this book.

I could not find any negative aspects to complain about. The writing style was simple, easy to understand, and rhythmic, conveying the desired emotion and message to me.

As I read the book, I noticed it was exceptionally well-edited. I give this book 4 out of 4 stars because I didn’t find any errors or negative aspects to complain about and because of the many positive aspects that I mentioned in another paragraph. Charles Adkins wrote an entertaining and somehow emotional story with beautiful illustrations that give the book a cheerful vibe.

I recommend this book to any parent, family member, or child who enjoys reading books with unicorns and is full of educative adventures.
