Snatched Up to Heaven by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul is a book that depicts the meaning of Priyanka and Deepika’s dreams. It all started when the two little girls began dreaming of Haven and Hell. Their parents, who were good Christians, especially their mother, with a deep interest in stories about those places, didn’t question too much the credibility and meaning of their adventures. The book "documents" their dreams mostly from a religious point of view, with the purpose of better understanding. The book provides three interpretations of the dreams: one from the girls, one from their parents, and one from the Bible.

One of the things I liked about the book was how well the information was organized and how simple and easy to understand the language was. The authors structured the book around Priyanka and Deepika's dreams, their mother’s interpretation of their dreams, and for each aspect of those dreams, references to the Bible for similar encounters. Another aspect that I liked about it was the additional information and references to the Bible to explain as well as possible and show the similarity between the girls' dreams and what is already written and known. For example, when the girls, Priyanka and Deepika, shared the moment of "Deepika swimming in the fountain of the water of life," this aspect reminded her mother of a few Bible verses, such as "I will give unto him that is thirsty of the fountain of the water of life freely," revelation 21:6. I also appreciated the explicative tables, like the one from page 69 that offers information about "getting to hell" or the one that summarizes the contrast between heaven and hell from page 109 to page 110.

Although the book seemed to contain mostly references and verses from the Bible rather than the actual story, I could not find any negative aspects to complain about. The authors provided only the essential passages from the Bible and managed to not overcharge and overwhelm the book and me with useless information that had no link to the girls’ dreams.

While reading, I noticed that Snatched Up to Heaven by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul is professionally edited. The content of the book was easy-to-read and understandable, full of new and educational religious and spiritual facts. Because of the positive aspects that I talked about before and the fact that I couldn’t find any negative aspects to complain about, I give this book 4 out of 4 stars.

Snatched Up to Heaven by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul is a book I recommend to anyone who is interested in dreams and their meaning with a religious twist.
