What comes to mind when you hear the word reconfigurement? I happened to come across this group of elderly pensioners protesting on the road for the lack of payment for their pensions. I am not saying that the government did the right thing by not paying them. But I asked myself, "What did they do with the money they were being paid during their active service?" I happened to talk to one elderly person, but there wasn't any tangible answer. I believe the primary cause of it was a lack of knowledge about proper planning, which the book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer seeks to expose us to.

No time is too late to get a copy of this book. Planning is an underrated word. But for most people, happiness and freedom boil down to planning. We make a lot of mistakes in life, which are difficult to correct due to a lack of planning. Most of us live a tentative life during our active working periods. This book is set to help us get our working lives right in order to reap the benefits that come with them after retirement. Your financial planning journey will only begin once you obtain a copy of this book. Because in it lies the information needed to enjoy the best life after retirement through proper planning.

This is a well-edited 5 out of 5 stars book. There are two types of audiences for this book: those who apply the information in it and those who just read for fun. This book can only add value if it is applied. The author's style of writing has already made it easy for any reader to pick up a copy of this book and understand it comfortably and without stress. Another fascinating thing about the book was the resources that the author used in it for further study. The book was error-free and free of ambiguous statements.

The only aspect of this book that I did not enjoy was the use of jokes. I understand that the author intended to make the readers feel at ease. But it was much too distracting. Aside from this, I was very intrigued by his teaching approach. The information was in order, and any reader could easily follow it without difficulties. The book format was also amazing.

Everyone has a role to play in order to make his or her life easy, and it all starts with proper planning at an early stage of one's life. I recommend this book to lovers of nonfiction. This book is also for teenagers and the elderly.

This book talks about pension plans for the elderly amidst the trying economic situations. It is different in that it addresses real life problems of its readers. I must commend your review on the book and I look forward to reading it.

You carried out an engaging and vivid analysis of the book. Iove the focal themes in the book. The financial knowledge is a vital information to have to avoid falling in debts. Readers are exposed on how to have a financial budge among others. Nice review.

I love your intro into the review! Truly, those elderly ones don’t make enough retirement plans when they are in active service, or should we say they lack the knowledge? To avoid more of this, I’ll recommend this book to those still in active service.

I consider this book a finance management tool. The author did an excellent job of enlightening the reader to identify and leverage opportunities in the form of income diversification so as to save for post-retirement life. The book has valuable financial lessons to learn from. Your review was spot on

I am not a fan of nonfiction, so I don’t think I would enjoy reading this book. Though it looks interesting for those that love nonfiction.
