Hello Jenniffer,
I just got done reading "Me Before You" by Jojo Moyes and I think it might be something that you are looking for. It was very easy and enjoyable to read with a very powerful message behind it. Let me know what you think if you end up reading it or if you'd like to know more about it.
Cheers!

Quiet by Susan Cain, if you have ever noticed the cultural preference towards extroverts and the stigma against introverts, read this book it is gold.

The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls would be really good to tell you that it's possible to change your life for the better no matter what situation you're in.

Our very own The Message by Avam Hale, beautiful message. Also how to win friends and influence people by Andrew Carnegie.

If you are still in the market for a life changing book, I would have to recommend "The Best Yes." I read this book a couple months ago when I was struggling with what to do next in my life and feeling all kinds of overwhelmed with owning my own business, raising a 3 year old, homeschooling, and not to mention being 6 months pregnant. This book encouraged me to follow my dreams, do what was best for me, and to except that I cant do and please everyone. Now I consciously choose opportunities or responsibilies that reflect a "Best Yes!"

I'd recommend you to read Guns, Steel and Germs. You'll look different at life as it is today!

I think that life changing books depend on the way you take in the book. A lot of the life changing books just mean that the author is good at explaining the way he feels and people can relate to it. But the books that most of you mentioned are very good and have changed my live.

I would recommend Golden Boy by Tara Sullivan. It holds a strong message, and it is deeply moving.
