SAD INK
I knew you were wrong for me
But I was comfortable with how you made me feel.
I always asked for what you never wanted to give.
I was good to you.
You told me you were the problem
So then why can't my heart forget you?
Truth is you never liked me
I just got comfortable with the thought of you liking me
I wanted you
And you told me you could never give me what I want.
Turns out you only kissed me the second time
Because you liked the feeling.
And that was the nicest thing you ever gave me.
Am pretty sure my pillows always complain to
The curtains for leaving them wet every morning.
My dreams are scared of visiting because of your memories always bully them
Even the paper is tired of the sad ink I always drip.
You were the greatest desire that you made sure I never had.
Now am just left with sad ink,
A miserable paper and pillows
That have seen the complaints of my eyes.
