I read R.F. Kristi's Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula, and I was amazed. After successfully solving a mystery in Sri Lanka, a Siberian cat named Inca and her friends is followed in the narrative as they make their way back to their London detective agency.

In a nutshell, the narrative centers on Inca, a Siberian cat who is the boss of the detective agency that includes the cats Cara, Fromage, and Monk, the hamster Charlotte, the dogs Terrance and Polo, and the cats, Fromage, and Cara. One of the judges for a dessert competition in South Korea is its owner. As a result, the detective team embarks on a new expedition on the Korean Peninsula, a region that acts as a stopgap between North and South Korea. They set out on another journey while in Korea late at night, crossing the border a few times while the guards nearly discover them. They return home after successfully locating who they sought out to find.

The book's instructional value appealed to me. The demilitarized zone where the competition is held is also covered in the book, along with the varied cultures of South Korea. Inca is knowledgeable and possesses a solid feeling of self-assurance. South Korea and North Korea hold a friendly culinary competition as a sign of their friendship. Inca and her friends make sure the peace is maintained. The book may be finished in one sitting despite being a little longer than the others in the series.

The book wasn't problematic for me in any way. The author did a fantastic job with this short yet engaging children's book. She took just the right amount of action. It was amazing to discover that every chapter had a distinct, captivating tale to share; as a result, the book never dragged. I appreciate how the book handles the problem between North and South Korea and the possibility of family division. Since many kids don't know what's going on in the world, I think it's an important subject to bring up.

Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula receives a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. It was professionally edited. There was only one error in the book. I enjoyed reading every chapter of the book since it was so engrossing. I think this book should be read by kids from 4 to 12. Those who like fast-paced, action-packed stories will also love this book.
