This book is my all time favorite children's book. This is the book that made me have a passion for medicine at a young age and is part of the reason I am studying nursing. <3
It is the story of Louis Pasteur, the man that created the vaccine for rabies. It tells his story and how he treated his first case with the vaccine. It not only gives you the history of Louis Pasteur's breakthrough discovery, it also tells, as the title says, the value in believing in one's self. I recommend for all ages.
