Review of Giraffe's Can't Dance

Post by maryleebooks »

Giraffes Can't Dance is a humorous account of a Giraffe named Gerald. This could have been a silly book for silliness sake but I found it had a lot of heart. That's why it stuck with me. There is something a bit magical and sweet in the message. The illustrations are whimsical and are a nice compliment to the text. A good addition to any children's library.

I agree! I just bought it for my son. He's only 1 so I couldn't read the whole book before he started grabbing the book. But I think the message is so wonderful and the illustrations are perfect for the story.
