Icon Paper Towns, John Green (Spoilers)

Post by 19barsav »

John Green's book, Paper Towns, was at the top of my list when I first discovered it. It wasn't a disappointment.
When you first start to read the book, it jumps right into the plot with small introductions. It requires that you pay attention and fall in love with the characters in a short amount of time. However, this does get the book going at a good pace.
The book starts to pick after Margo goes missing and new characters are introduced.
The ending was a bit of a let down. The butt of it was that the boy found the girl, and the girl broke his heart. This does give a bit of a twist as the entire time you're reading, you're thinking they'll be together in the end. This doesn't happen, and leaves you a bit on the edge.
