Who am I? These three simple words carry a profound weight that can leave many of us uncertain, uncomfortable, or even afraid.

As I sat down to write this book review, I started reflecting on this question, realizing that I had never taken the time to answer it. Who am I truly? What are my values, passion, and purpose in life? These are questions that we often brush aside in the busyness of our daily lives. But as I delved deeper into the book, I discovered that answering this question is critical.

Always Strive to Be a Better You is an inspirational and thought-provoking book that revolves around the lives of seven ordinary individuals. It's divided into four tenets totaling thirteen engaging chapters. The interactive approach used by the author will keep you engaged throughout the book, with relevant points highlighted in boxes and some bolded for emphasis. You'll appreciate how the writer challenges you to pause and reflect on various circumstances.

There's something truly captivating about how the author Pete Hall portrays his characters. He doesn't rely on the stereotypical hero archetype to create a compelling story. Instead, he uses ordinary people whom society might view as "inferior" or "incapable" as the driving force behind his narrative. And let me tell you, it is nothing short of inspiring. These are characters that we can all relate to on some level. They may have their shortcomings, but it does not define them.

This book was a river of knowledge with nothing to dislike. It provided me with everything I needed to grow as an individual, and for once, I felt like someone was speaking to me truthfully and honestly.

The flow of the story is top-notch, and I enjoyed every chapter. The writing is well-edited and easy to read. Likewise, it inspired me to have a winning spirit, a can-do attitude, and a sense of peace. Without a doubt, it deserves a 5 out of 5 stars rating.

I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for inspiration and motivation, whether they are college students, working professionals, or retirees. It is also an excellent gift for young adults starting their journey in life. So go ahead and get a copy of Always Strive to Be a Better You today, and start your journey towards a more fulfilling life!
