Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is an excellent book that provides practical advice on retirement planning, career building, and managing money wisely. The book is written in a clear and concise style, making it easy to read and understand, even for those with little to no experience in personal finance. The author's writing style is so engaging that it feels like you're sitting across from them while reading. He makes it easier for those aged 40-50 years to start planning for their retirement. He also helps older individuals between the ages of 60, 70, and 80 understand that "it's better to be late than never" and that reconfiguration is not impossible, especially given the wisdom of age. One book that provides valuable retirement and career management insights is Reconfigurement

The author delves into the importance of living below your means to achieve financial independence. Additionally, the author emphasizes the importance of budgeting, as it dramatically facilitates financial planning. The author uses direct links to sites in their book that can help with assessments, obtaining a Holland code, and other essential matters is genuinely excellent!

One of the strengths of Reconfigurement is the author's use of jokes and stories to explain their points and their candid and straightforward approach to discussing money management. The author emphasizes the importance of reducing costs on unnecessary items and preparing a budget, which can help to cut down on expenses. Although the book is primarily written for individuals who are approaching retirement or have already retired, I appreciate that the writer did not only focus on retirement issues but also provided practical advice that can be useful for people of all ages and financial situations.

I did not dislike anything about the book; I thoroughly enjoyed the author's choice of expression. I appreciated how their stories and jokes made me eager to move on to the next chapter because it helped me understand why reconfigurement should be taken seriously. It made the book more engaging to read. Additionally, I admired the author's use of bullet points to highlight salient points throughout the book.

Overall, Reconfigurement is an excellent resource for anyone looking to build a successful career plan for retirement and manage their finances wisely. I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because it is well-written, informative, and highly recommended for anyone looking to take control of their financial future. Additionally, the book was exceptionally well-edited, with no trace of grammatical errors or mistakes.
