Review of Elf Morning
Elf Morning by Michael Kinnavy is a self-help book that covers all the nooks and crannies that could come up or pose as a holdback on your journey to becoming a success. This book contains everything that could be a sure route to your dream self. Every point, note, idea, plan, and more contained in this book has been carefully researched, proven authentic, and highly effective. I have tasted a few of these ideas, and I would gladly recommend this book.
The author begins by helping us diagnose the problems of society at large and why it seems as though some people lead longer and more efficient lives than others, irrespective of their financial status, knowledge, access to information, and many other adequate resources that could serve as a plus for some and a minus for others. He makes this illustration using the Tanzanian hunter-gatherer people. This book contains many secrets from decades of dedication to the cause and an elaborate form of research. There are secrets to maximizing your mornings, times when your brain is at its peak of functionality, habit tracking, and delayed gratification. Anyone who lays a hand on this book basks in a wellspring of fresh waters.
Michale Kinnavy tells us about the seven habits, of which I'll tell just a few so you can find out the rest after you have purchased this book. Two of these seven habits include being proactive and synergizing. Get this book to learn how to implement these habits, make them work for you, and maximize their effectiveness.
The author also does these little calculations, which I found outstanding, of how many weeks to a specific year instead of using years in measuring terms; this can be a plus or a minus for some people in the sense that some people procrastinate, thinking they have a lot of time on their hands. In contrast, others work as though they will be immobile tomorrow. You can quickly tell who will bag their success between these two people.
Everything listed above pleases me, and I exceptionally loved the book. This book has no negative aspects because if the readers follow the laid-down procedures of successful people, there is a 90% chance of achieving great success. The other 10% is solely based on the reader's consistency in implementing these acts and the task they implement them on. I say this because people can very effectively and consistently progress backward. Imagine consistently seeing movies daily, not eating healthy, and the many other bad habits we subconsciously cultivate. Consistency will ensure progress, but progress will always be backward. The author gives us his final statement: we should challenge ourselves daily and keep an active lifestyle.
This book was exceptional in its editing, adding to its perfect rating of five out of five stars. Indeed, I recommend this remarkable book to everyone over ten. If you can grasp simple concepts, this book will significantly help you. If you are struggling with grades, implementing these suggestions will significantly help you.
