This medical thriller immediately leaves you wanting to know more about McBride and his mysterious background. It has you biting your nails at the life and death choices he has to make in order to protect his loved ones, that in the end, only seem to lead to more death. Leading to the feeling of questioning your own morals as you side with his choice or disagree completely. The only downfall to this book, is it could leave some confused with the extremely precise medical terminology. That being said, I impatiently wait for The Organ Growers release so I can find out whether McBride has overcome his rage or given in.
