If you've kept up with the Black Swan series then you know about Storm and Litha and their daughter Elora Rose or Rosie as she's called and the angel Kellareal. When Rosie decides she needs to get away for a while she goes to Kellareal for help. He puts her on a planet inhabited by the Exiled, a group of genetically altered humans he rescued from being slaughtered by the humans who created them. The planet they live on now is also inhabited by humans and the Rautt, creatures the humans there created that are trying to destroy their creators. The Exiled have spent the last 25 years protecting the humans from the Ruatt, sacrificing themselves for the humans safety. Now Rosie comes along and tosses everything and everyone on their heads. Carnal, the son of the Exiled leader Free, can't get her of his head and Free is using her as a consult on the humans, little does he know she's not totally "human". Can the Exiled and the humans join forces to finally rid themselves all from the Rautt? Can and will the humans accept them as equals?
I am absolutely hooked on this series and can't wait for more, I couldn't put it down read it in one day it's that good!! I love the characters and the writing just flows along perfectly. Ms. Dannon's descriptions of things are so good it's more like watching a movie in my brain than reading a book.
