Galen Bray left his place of origin, called the Land of the Princes, for another country called Voulhire. The Land of the Princes had been torn apart by war for a long time. In the new country, Galen will inherit his uncle's forge and make a living for himself. However, under the surface, Voulhire is not perfect. There is a rebel group called Riva Rohavi in one of its cities, causing unrest, and there is a wizard who has been locked away for a long time, waiting for a chance to emerge. What is in store for the young Galen in this new country? Find this out when you read We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz.

I must confess that the book's outcome has left me utterly delighted, and it stands as an exceptional piece of literature. Matthew, the brilliant author, wielded his words with unparalleled imagination and adaptability, a facet of his storytelling that I found immensely appealing. It was as though he had conjured a portal into a realm of boundless fantasy, captivating my senses at every turn.

The author ingeniously presents a tapestry of diverse perspectives, drawing us into the lives of the island's residents, particularly those from the upper echelons of society. Amidst this tapestry, Galen Bray emerges, contributing his unique viewpoint to the narrative. I was gracefully introduced to the hidden mysteries of Voulhire. The island's history unfolds like a mesmerizing scroll, revealing long-kept secrets and unexpected twists. The customs, steeped in tradition, take on a new light through the eyes of Galen, adding fresh and enlivening perspectives.

One commendable decision by the author was the inclusion of a map, a cartographic gem that added a touch of authenticity to the entire reading experience. Personally, I felt it was a delightful bonus, enriching the story's depth and enhancing the sense of immersion. But what truly left me in awe was the author's masterful construction of suspense, skillfully leaving me on the edge of my seat, yearning to unravel the mysteries that lay ahead. Considering that this book marks the inception of a series, Matthew's ability to set the stage for forthcoming installments without sacrificing the excitement of the present tale was nothing short of impressive.

Galen's ability to preserve his innocence was nothing short of extraordinary, a unique and captivating aspect of his personality that resonated with me throughout the narrative. His unblemished spirit amidst the complexities of the Voulhire world was a breath of fresh air, drawing me deeper into his character's journey and fostering a genuine sense of connection with him.

I am happy to award this book a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars because there was nothing I disliked about the book. For readers who revel in the wonders of fantasy literature, I wholeheartedly recommend We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies. It was also noteworthy that the book was exceptionally well edited, as I did not encounter any errors while reading it.

This book is interesting but what I don't like about it is that it's lengthy and has numerous characters. I got confused at some point. Well done! Your review is great.
