Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is the professional experience of the author put down as a book. The author answers all the common questions asked by most of his clients. He suggests a proper framework that needs to be followed to achieve financial freedom.

In this book, the author addresses the major financial problem faced by many Americans today. Today, because of better healthcare services, most people are living longer, but a vast majority of them don't know how to fund their expenses. This makes their lives very unpredictable and also forces them to work longer in their older years to meet both ends. He explained methodologies for retirement planning that suit most people.

The main theme of the book really appealed to me because money management is important. I appreciate the effort put in to make financial knowledge interesting by adding in some context-related jokes. He has added references to the resources, along with the pros and cons of using them. The language used is easy to understand for a novice, too. This makes the book useful for young and old alike.

Only one turnoff for me was that this book mentions tricks and laws applicable mostly to residents of the US. Some rules are not applicable to other countries. Maybe the author had written this book for Americans only. But the knowledge and the planning tricks mentioned in it are really helpful for anybody out there who has some money but does not know of ways to save up the value of that hard-earned money and utilise it to its full potential.

I would rate this book 5 out of 5 as I didn't spot any grammatical or spelling errors. The editors did a great job editing this book. I would suggest this book for mature audiences who would like to generate wealth to live a decent, comfortable life without worrying about where the money would come from.
