The Author made his explanation brief and clear with strong points and examples about how one can nich up in whatever he/she is specialised at. I like how he gives his examples by capturing scene from movies and also taking successful business men's as his examples.
Chris Dreyer, a founder of digital marketing agency specialising in search engine optimization, was aware that his greatest achievement came from concentrating on a specific niche. He mentioned an eye catching point in niching up by saying that: "If you engage yourself into something that no one is doing, you stand out from the rest. He also mentioned that: niching is not for everyone. He proves the point by writing for a defined audience. The book begins with an appropriate discussion of seven narrow market "cons" negative that Chris Dreyer details and effectively refutes. It is helpful to understand the downsides of being niche-oriented, including targeting a small market, dealing with media buying challenges, and recognising the lack of diversity in clientele. The reminder of the work concentrates on the potential benefits of identifying and capitalizing on a particular niche. While the content is not uniquely different from business books that discuss segmenting and targeting defined slices of market, Chris Dreyer makes a strong case for the conceptual idea of niching. Short chapters address such strategies as starting broadly abd then developing expertise in a niche, setting premium prices, and valuing referrals.
Therefore, I rate Chris Dreye's book "NICHING UP," as 5 out of 5. Thank you.
