E. Alan Fleischauer has authored a well-written self-help book titled Reconfigurement. The author of this book educates the reader on the importance of careful planning in order to remodel or reconfigure their approach to what happens after retirement. The author explains that as people are now living much past 65, the life expectancy age of the past is no longer realistic and that people must now make plans for how to continue living after retirement. This author offers insight that can help with sound money management.

I love the way the author relied on statistics and facts to support his claims and prove his points. This book turned out to be very informative, and I relied heavily on the author's experience and views while learning so much about how and why I should be thinking about and planning for the times ahead. I found this book to be a self-help book, and it did not disappoint. In addition, I like that the author tried to spice this book up with a little humor here and there. I appreciate the new terms and knowledge I gained from this book.

The author paid attention to topics like careers and retirement. This is great because, while a lot of us do deep thinking about our careers and how to navigate them, not many people think about retirement and how to handle it. I would agree that this book has helped in more ways than one.

I noticed a few errors in the book. This may not entirely be considered a negative aspect since the book was professionally edited. I also think that a bit into the book, it became a little bit difficult to follow. Perhaps this is due to the author's narrating technique or not. Aside from these, there was nothing else I would say I did not appreciate.

I will still be glad to give this book five out of five stars. There was a lot to learn from it, and the author did a good job here. I recommend this book to people who are close to retirement age. Generally, I would say anyone of working-class age should read this book.

"Reconfigurement" is not just a book about retirement planning; it's a roadmap to financial security and peace of mind.
