When it comes to dating, a situational relationship, a relationship, or a marriage, how the ideal love chemistry is supposed to work is explained by the author in deep and practical terms. According to the author, when it comes to solving problems in relationships, people stay confused about what should be done. This is where the book comes in and solves all the problems related to love.

The book teaches you the real meaning of love. It helps you to reframe the real expectations you have from your partner or make ideal, realistic expectations about your love life. The concept of love has been divided into various stages, and the author gives a practical approach to how to enjoy every stage of a relationship. Especially chapter 7 of the book Ignore, Fight, or Flight is what made me rethink the mistakes I made during my relationship.

The book is written in a clear and concise format. I appreciate the deep research of the author in carrying out a meticulous analysis of variant relationships. The flawless editing helped me to complete the book at a decent pace. There are no significant negatives that I could find in the book.
