Books that help teach you to write better?

Post by Mrs.T »

Are there any books that help teach you to write better (especially for college essays) and creative writing!? Your input and suggestions would be much appreciated!

Some are good and some are not, I hope someone can help you out with some good suggestions.

Thanks a lot! I think that one should learn and practise all his or her life long, so I think this would be helpful to me as well!

Two of my favorites:
'On Writing' by Stephen King (not like his horror books at all)
'Bird by Bird' by Anne Lamott
Check 'em out! :)
