EMP Honeymoon by Dorothy May Mercer is a fun and enjoyable novel that centers on two newlyweds, Tom Turbulo and Kelly McBride, who traveled to a resort island off the coast of Honduras to spend their honeymoon. An unfortunate event happened when Kelly discovered a terrorist operation that posed a danger to their country. Tom and Kelly had to take swift action in order to save their country. Will they be successful? Find out in this thrilling story by Dorothy May Mercer.

While on their honeymoon, Tom goes diving to explore coral reefs, while Kelly opts for a neighborhood tour. During a break instructed by the tour director, Kelly wanders off and stumbles upon a toy shop. The shop had a display of toy pigs. She stepped inside with the intention of buying gifts for her family, but she noticed something unusual. To her shock, she discovers that it's actually a fake gift shop serving as a front for an undercover terrorist operation that was planning an attack on North America using electromagnetic pulses. Immediately, she called her brother, Senator Mcbride, to inform him about her discoveries. McBride's security team, accompanied by a CIA agent, was dispatched to try and stop the attack.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was a delight to read from start to finish. It has an interesting and exciting plot filled with suspense, action, unexpected plot twists, adventure, and romance. I had a hard time putting the book down when I started reading it. I must commend Dorothy Mercer's writing skills. She is an amazing writer. I love the way she mixes romance and action.

I had nothing to dislike about this book. The characters were relatable and realistic, which made the story so much fun to read. The scenes were well-developed and detailed. Tom and Kelly were my favorites. I love the fact that they put the interests of their country first and acted bravely to save their country.

This action-packed book was a thoroughly enjoyable read with a captivating storyline. Therefore, I give this book a full rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I did not come across any grammatical errors or mistakes while reading, which shows that it was exceptionally well-edited. I recommend this book to readers who enjoy thrillers, suspense, and action books.
