"When Business is Love” intertwines the author's family legacy with the journey of Hästens, a renowned company founded by the author's great-grandparents. It delves into Hästens' evolution from its humble beginnings to its status as a global symbol of luxury and comfort in the bed industry.

Through the author's personal journey chronicled in the book, we witness a deep exploration of the power of love in business. From childhood experiences to adult endeavors, the author shares insights garnered from both personal and professional encounters, illustrating how love and compassion can drive success in entrepreneurship.

At its core, the book revolves around the theme of integrating love into business practices. It emphasizes the importance of fostering connections, both with employees and customers, and creating a company culture rooted in kindness, empathy, and authenticity. The author's narrative underscores the transformative impact of love-driven leadership, highlighting how it can cultivate trust, loyalty, and prosperity within an organization.

Ultimately, the book offers valuable lessons on building a business founded on principles of love and compassion. It advocates for a shift towards more humane and sustainable business models, where profit is not the sole objective but rather a byproduct of genuine care and concern for all stakeholders. Through anecdotes, insights, and practical advice, the author encourages readers to embrace a holistic approach to business that prioritizes the well-being and happiness of both individuals and communities.

What I like about the book is its rich portrayal of family legacy, tracing back to the founding of Hästens by the author's great-grandparents. It offers valuable business insights, making it a compelling read for entrepreneurs. Moreover, the emphasis on love and compassion in business is refreshing and inspiring. The book is filled with inspirational anecdotes and practical applications, motivating readers to pursue their dreams with passion and perseverance. Overall, it's a captivating blend of personal narrative and valuable lessons for both business and life.

I have no dislikes about the book. The author's use of simple and accessible language makes it understandable without the need for a dictionary, and I haven't found any errors, indicating exceptional editing. I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars for its insightful exploration of the intersection between business, love, and personal fulfillment, as well as its inspiring portrayal of the Hästens company's journey and the author's own reflections on life and purpose. With its engaging narrative and practical wisdom, this book serves as a compelling guide for both aspiring and seasoned entrepreneurs seeking to create meaningful and sustainable enterprises.

Most people create a company with strict adherence to the rules and strict only work relationships. But am glad to see that this family bases on kindness and love. I also liked it because they are business lovers and this is emphasised in your review which I enjoyed reading.

I love both the title and concept of this book.
The journey and evolution of the Hastens is something that sounds worth exploring.
I am a lover of love, and I value its expression in all aspects of my life.
When people speak of business, love is often viewed as a sign of weakness, and I gravitate to the author's expression of business with love as the foundation and building blocks, which evidently became a family legacy.
