Kalliope Barlis's "Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book" is a condensed, all-inclusive manual designed to turn weekend golfers into skilled players in a short amount of time. The book combines neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) concepts to improve golfers' mental and physical game. Barlis's method helps golfers advance their game swiftly and efficiently by fusing cutting-edge psychological tactics with time-tested golfing methods.

Kalliope Barlis’s direct and straightforward writing style is also engaging and accessible. Her instructions are easy to retain and understand since she manages to simplify and clarify some difficult topics. The book is also beneficial in that, according to her approach, exposure should be quick and rereading should be done often to help students instill some new skills and habits.

The emphasis Barlis places on the mental game of golf is one of its most notable aspects. She provides special insights into how golfers may train their brains to play better by utilizing NLP techniques. This portion of the book is very helpful for golfers who have trouble with the mental demands of the game. A golfer's routine may be effortlessly integrated with the book's practical exercises and detailed instructions, which makes it an invaluable tool for ongoing development.

Readers also value Barlis's writing's personal touch. Her own tales and real-world experiences lend relatability and inspiration to the material. Chuck Hogan's preface, which highlights Barlis's commitment and experience, lends credibility. There was nothing that I disliked about the book. It is exceptionally well-edited. There were no grammatical errors. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

In general, one may say that “Play Golf Better Faster” is one of the most interesting sports training reads I have encountered. As an enthusiastic reader and a person who is always willing to improve in every aspect of life, I believe that this book may have a considerable impact on people training in sports. Dismissing the purely physical approach to coaching, Barlis pays a lot of attention to psychological training. Barlis's practical tips and encouraging tone make the book not just a guide but a motivational companion on the journey to better golfing.
