These distractions can hinder the reading experience and make it difficult to absorb the content. I feel the book will be good in other formats. This is the only issue I had while reading this book, and it doesn't affect my rating. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. It is highly recommended for individuals interested in pursuing a career in real estate development.
