My anxiety

Anxiety
Empty, I feel
Sadness, I feel
The most is
Unhappy, I fear
I’ve tried to be the most positive version
But I feel like i’m slipping
Tears are all I see
Fear is all I feel
Why I’m crying ?
I have no idea
But I don’t feel ok
It’s funny how I write when I’m in tears
How I break down over every little thing now
I never did this
I was struggling
But I was struggling standing strong
Now I feel like I’m weak and still struggling
No one see’s it
No one understands
They all feel like Its a pretense
Im an attention seeker
But I’m seriously looking for help
Im trying
At the end of the day no one really sees through the smiles
They only see a reason for anger
But they don’t know anger is the only thing close to an emotion
Everything else is numb
Tears and God ,are all I have
I hope God comes through for me
