Depending on the book, 500 pages usually takes me about a week. Then again, if I don't really like the book it can take me a month.

It depends on the book. If it's good, less than a day. If it's awful, months.

The only indicator that I have for large books was the Harry Potter series and I finished Half-Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows each in a day. But I think it depends on the book. Some books are more dialogue-heavy and so are a quicker read overall but really dense and text-heavy books do take me longer.

As i am dyslexic it does take me a bit longer than the average person i would assume.

It takes me between 2 and 4 weeks to finish a 500 page book. It kind of depends how easy i think the book is to read.
And what language it is in. It takes me longer to read a 500 page book in English. Than it does in Norwegian
A mistake is simply another way of doing things

I am a student so I have a lot of free time. A 500 pages book will take me less than one day and a 1000 less that 2 days

It usually takes me 4-5 days. Dependant on the type of genre.

Depends if I like the book or not. If I do then less than four days. If I don't then it might be two or three weeks.

It depends on how immersed I get into the book. I'm a slow reader and would need at least three days.

I think it depends on how interesting the book is. If it was REALLY interesting it might take me a week.

Usually a week if the story is really good, but if it's not a page turner, it will usually take me up to 2-3 weeks.

Usually in a couple of days if I like the book. A week if it is a little boring. I agree with most of the other posts. If a book is a page-turner then I can finish it much faster! It does depends on many circumstances.

I love these types of questions. I like to answer in hours because everyone has busy schedules and all. I have been told I am a fat reader but I bet on this site I am average. A 500 page book I am into and want to be reading will take me about 8.5 hours. I'm nerdy enough that I've calculated I read about a page a minute. I always spend my lunch breaks at work reading and if I'm reply into my book anywhere from 3-5 hours at night reading. So probably 2 days. If I'm not into the book....probably 2 weeks, if ever....

Depending on the book, it could take me as little as two days. If I am busy working a lot or the book itself is not holding my attention that well then probably a little less than a week, perhaps 4-5 days.

Around 3-4 days. On the outside a week. Varying based upon how well written it is and how much I am into the story.
