While I am an avid fan/reader of science fiction it is easy to say that not every book will interest me. I wasn't sure about this book, but thanks to your review I have to say that this book is absolutely going on my to-be-read shelf. This story and character sounds absolutely fascinating and I'm looking forward to reading it.

Thank you for your review. This book does seem very interesting although I think I would prefer if it were set in the future.

This book doesn't sound quite like my cup of tea. I don't usually like political satire or mocking, but I do appreciate that this book is entertaining. It's a bonus that there were only a few grammatical errors, Thanks for the great review! and they didn't affect your opinion of it! Thanks for the great review!

I love both sci-fi and good satire. This one, however, seems entirely too political for my taste. Add to that the detailed descriptions of circuitry, etc. and you have a book that I do not think I would enjoy reading. I'll give this one a pass. Thanks for the detailed review!

The characters sound well-crafted, and I like the connection between emotions and decision-making. There is plenty of dramatic content in real politics right now, so I will pass on seeking out more political drama. Thanks for the comprehensive review.

Sounds like an interesting story! I really like to see how the author's take on the difference between artificial intelligence and human consciousness. Thanks for the recommendation!

It's an interesting idea to use an Android to show aspects of our humanity. Interesting indeed. I love this review.

Thanks for your review. I read the sample chapters and it looks like I'd enjoy reading it. I am intrigued by the AI taking on human qualities. It makes me think about how a child develops mentally and emotionally. I don't care for the political mocking, though, so if it's too bad I might not read it through.

The advances we are seeing in technology and robotics make this a compelling theme for a novel. I agree that, unfortunately, the author's inclusion of political themes could turn readers away. Thanks for the insightful review.

I also have concerns about a book that jokes about mental illness. I’ll pass on this one. Great review!

I think all presidents should be given respect, regardless of whether you agree with them. I like the story about Andre though, sounds interesting.

I like that this book uses artificial intelligence to highlight political issues and different aspects of humanity. The overall plot does sound interesting to me. I think it would be a good read for sci-fi and political fiction fans. Thanks for the well-written review.

Some of the characters sound a bit cliche and stereotyped but despite this, they can still be well-written. Thanks for the review.

It's fascinating on how an author's imagination can touch different layers: like an onion, if you peal it off one by one you'll find something exciting and tearing. Thank you!

The review is great. The way it mentioned about having several layers in the book intrigued me. Looking forward to reading it. Congrats on BOTD!
