There are really mixed reactions of persons who know when and how they will die. Some would repent upon approaching death yet others will fight to square at least before their times end. As for me, I don't know what to do. One thing is for sure and that is I am afraid to die. I'm curious how the author narrated the story.

Will that watch exist in the near future? What do you think guys?

Great review! I like the concept of gun ownership and the futuristic idea of watches that can inform when life will end.

Sometimes we might wish we had a final notice but that is actually not the case. Imagine waiting for the day the machine says you will die and suddenly something happens and you are really facing death. Chilling!!!!!

I like this book because not only does it debate gun ownership, but it shows the potential consequences of all knowing technology. I like that the book explores the darker side of humanity and the different ways that people react to their impending deaths. The book is socially relevant to the times that we are living in today. My favorite part is the characters including the doctor who invented the device.

This sounds like a great book. I like political thrillers and this should be right up my alley. I'm not sure how I feel about the watch though...knowing the exact moment you will die...

It sounds like the author really put a lot into this novel and tackled a timely subject. I think this would be a good read. Very good review. I’m looking forward to reading this book.

Thanks for the great review. The book uses fiction to highlight a thorny issue in society today. A watch that literally tells exactly how long my life will tick?!!...... Scary, I don't think I would wear it! However, it sparks my interest to see how different people react to it. The book is definitely on my to read shelf!

A very Good review written in simplistic language which is quite easy to grasp. However, the book sounds pretty interesting as it stitches various aspects of a single theme. That gadget has blown me away with its accurate magical predictions i really wish i could have it !

Certainly got me, to see the authors take on gun control/policy from his writing. And you are right about the questions we all have to ponder on. Would love to read this soon.

The beginning part of the book is very interesting, very scientific, I like that. But the gun part makes it a little like a thriller. Good the characters are at minimal. The book is very intriguing, will make a good movie.
