After reading this review, I'm more than interested in the book. There's nothing better than a book that keeps pushing you to read until the very last word, with plot twists that blow your mind, a structured story with real character development and growth. I just passed from being a potential reader to starting to read the book. Definitely my kind of story. Thank you for this detailed review.

Sounds like an interesting book. As a reader with a very short attentions span, I just can't fully enjoy books that give long winded explanations and build-ups to an eventual climax. According to your description of this book, however, it seems just the opposite. I am, however, sensitive to the topics you mentioned, so I unfortunately will have to take your advice and keep away. Still, it seems like a great read and I'll definitely point any friends who are okay with these topics over here. Thanks for sharing!

Who is that blood-covered woman in the prologue? The opening alone screams chaos. I’m also intrigued by how Kate’s polished life unravels into nightmares and secrets. Sounds gripping. Congrats on BOTD!

On the surface Kate is the typical successful woman with a perfect life but inside she is broken and doesn't even know it.🍄🍄

Prism of Her Soul by Rob Dixon left a deep impression on me—it’s one of those stories that lingers. What struck me most was the emotional complexity of Aria. Her resilience, even when she’s clearly unraveling inside, felt painfully real. I found myself rooting for her, even when she made choices I didn’t fully agree with. And then there’s Malik—his quiet strength and the way he sees through Aria’s guarded layers really pulled me in. Their dynamic isn’t just romantic, it’s raw and full of unspoken tension. This book didn’t offer easy resolutions, but that’s what made it powerful—it reflected the messy, beautiful, and sometimes fractured journey of healing and self-discovery. It made me think about my own emotional armor and who I let in.

This is a chilling and gripping story. It touches on sensitive topics that may not be for everyone, so it's a good idea to read this review before reading the book. It contains very well-developed characters. The writing style is also very good, with excellent descriptions and a promising plot twist.

What a great review, we'll done! After reading this I'm definitely trying out the book as it's in my line of genre. I must just add thought that the cover is rather unique and in a way disturbing, lol I think it's the haunting eyes, but definitely perfect for the storyline it sounds like well done on that. Congrats on BOTD and thanks for the free book.

I like horror stories, so I'm sure I'll enjoy Prism of Her Soul by Rob Dixon. I wonder how Kate's story will proceed and end and who the unknown man is and if he has any connection with Kate.

Sounds like a great psychological thriller, and I really enjoy reading them, even the ones that delve into more darker parts of human nature. The plot itself is a bit erratic, in my opinion, but I hope that reading the book entirely will put it in perspective, explaining both cause and effect of sudden drastic changes in Kate's seemingly perfect life. Congratulations on BOTD!
