The book sounds exciting to me and pretty suspenseful. A girl who had to witness a traumatizing event with her friends, then her brother's suicide and other small crazy incidents which made her believe she was cursed seem very intriguing. I wonder whether she'll manage to get to the bottom of everything. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

"Crazy Time" by L. Andrew Cooper is a combination of tragedy and horror with a hint of depression. The central character of the book is the agnostic and manager Lily. I like that the book is full of metaphors and sacrasms.

This book combines horror, depression and tragedy. It poses a strange battle with darkness. Lily's life becomes quite bizarre after the murder of her three best friends. The use of rhetorical figures, such as simile, metaphor, sarcasm and irony, give a special touch to the suspense and mystery.

With an unusual but well-done review, this book entices one into the story of multiple murder and Lily's life response. Takes legends or scary stories to a new level.

It must have been horrible for Lily to witness the murder of her friends and then go through the trauma of losing her brother shortly afterwards. This overly tragic novel isn't my cup of tea, so I'll skip it. Thanks for this great review!

Crazy Time Book has it all such as suspense, tension, tragedy, and freak. Negativity is well explained and highlights sarcasm, irony as well and metaphor. So the readers can not help thinking about the craziness and dark side of the story. Thanks for the review.

I know, right? Getting raped by an alley is pretty bazarre.

My emotions regarding this book are very complicated, preventing me from deciding if I want to read it, because while it promises all my favorite things: "suspenseful... use of figures of speech, like simile, metaphor, sarcasm, and irony", I also normally avoid stories which evolve around big tragedies. Anyway, congratulations with BOTD!

An intriguing combination of mystery, darkness, and devine references. The plot seems unique and suspenseful. I am curious about Lily and wondering what she goes through. But I think the topics are too heavy and the context is a bit vulgar for my liking. Thank you for an honest review.

The book was a captivating read with unique content. However, I struggled with the lack of detailed descriptions for many events, making it hard to fully engage with the story. The absence of a thorough depiction of David's death left too many gaps for the reader to fill in. Congrats on BOTD.

This scary, violent, horror novel is too extreme for me. I had difficulty reading the sample when Lily was attacked and forced to witness the murders of her three friends. As I read the review, it seemed like things just kept getting worse for Lily. This is a book for those who like the horror genre and can stomach reading the details of attacks, murders, and suicide. The review was filled with details.

This book sounds bizarre just like how the word is included in the novel title. Lily had to watch as her three friends were murdered while she narrowly escaped and then went through her brother dying by committing suicide. The trauma of all situations can indeed make her feel crazy and indeed it will be a horror, depression, and tragedy.
I don't think I will be able to handle the story plot so I will pass on this.
