The book The Attunist by Gary B. Haley starts where Anthony James Smith, a criminal who is on the run, is found on a waterside, observing the surroundings of the beach at the Gulf of Mexico, and since he could not go back to the city due to his circumstances, he made a new home from the treehouse near the beach. A fugitive who is running from arrest can take someone’s life by disrupting the nervous system of a human. He has committed many crimes and continues to commit more to sustain himself, living the life of a vigilante while trying to escape arrest.

The book tells an intriguing adventure about Anthony James Smith, a superhuman with extraordinary powers. He uses his abilities to pursue what he believes is moral and beneficial to his mission. Due to his strong disapproval of those involved in the cocaine trade and its harmful impact on children and women, he becomes embroiled in a perilous game against the cocaine manufacturing company. Anthony condemns anyone who mistreats children, supports cocaine production, or participates in the abuse and trauma of women and children. To secure his freedom, he was to collect evidence against a criminal organization, record it on video, and use it to qualify for the Witness Protection Program. As he embarks on this bold mission, what will be his destiny?

The book is fascinating and filled with a lot of suspense. It portrays the protagonist as a fugitive, running away from security agencies as he tracks evil individuals and companies and kills them with his supernatural power. Later, as an undercover agent sent to gather information against evil individuals and organizations. These missions usually end with the deaths of the people he was spying on. The editing is flawless.

The life mission of saving children and protecting the community from anyone who will harm them portrays that there is always a sense of morality in everyone in the world. This life mission is a positive aspect of the book. Also, the book has many stories that the author skillfully integrated, and the flow will make readers find it hard to separate them. I like the writing style of the author. It is descriptive and adventurous.

While reading the book, I could not find any negative aspects to the book. The stories are interesting, easily understandable, and progressive. The supernatural power added a lot of spice to the book. I do not dislike the book. Flowing from above, I would rate the book The Attunist by Gary B. 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend the book to avid readers. If you love books on uncovering crime, you will find the book interesting.
