Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? by Edward Albee

Post by Sarah_Khan »

Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf is a widely known play about 2 couples, one young one and one older one. The older couple invites the younger couple over to their house, late at night after meeting at a party that previous evening. Throughout the night we are taken into their lives and we learn their secrets and what makes them tick.
I really enjoyed reading this play. It is masterfully written and easy to read. If I am being honest, in the beginning I wasn't sure where the author would end up taking this play but I was pleasantly surprised at the end. I can't say much more without spoiling the plot, all I'll say is that I would recommend this play to everyone. :)
