Also, it’s interesting that the author is able to provide such complex information in a straightforward way.
This kind of content appeals to me.
Thank you for your great review.

So when I do open the app, it usually freezes and closes and I get aggravated & frustrated and give up!!

But honestly, I can't wait to check out "The Process of Living" (especially since the sample told me nothing and like 1 page of the book!) & will have to fight the Kindle app & deal with the nightmare of making it work so I can read this book! Like I said, everything on Amazon's page about the book & this official review, I think this book could be of use to a lot of people & very beneficial in so many of our lives, like my own! I'm always checking out books on Amazon about anxiety, meditation, mindfulness, DBT & CBT, journaling, stress, changing your life, self-help books related to mental health, etc. So this fits in the categories I research & add to my wishlist, and it was an affordable price at $0.99. I couldn't pass it up & had to buy!
This book sounds SO PROMISING, and could be very life changing! Like I said, I'm always looking for books to help my mental health & improving it (and my life in general!) Having PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc I'm constantly checking out different books.
Thanks for your great review! Congrats to the author on being the BOTD & thanks to the author for making the book affordable for me to purchase!
