I just started the sample and have to say that I found it intriguing.
Also, it’s interesting that the author is able to provide such complex information in a straightforward way.
This kind of content appeals to me.
Thank you for your great review.

This book seems to bring practical advice about achieving your objectives with a method that involves thoughts, feelings, and actions. I don't know if it is for me since it sounds repetitive. But congrats on BOTD to the author! Thanks for the informative review!

Instead of the popular saying that "you are what you eat," I have heard many authors tell us that we are what we think. I believe this book can help one to unlock the power within and learn to use their thought process purposefully. Thanks for the amazing review and recommendation.

It seems that the author has developed a personal philosophy called "The Process" that will help people achieve their goals. Not really my kind of read but sounds interesting regardless.

Reading the official review just now, along with reading the blurb about the book on Amazon & reviews on there, I'm sold & bought the book for $0.99 since I had a couple bucks on my Amazon gift card. :D Now as to when I'll actually read it, that's a different story! I'll buy a book I'm highly interested in on Kindle, and yet still haven't read a single book I bought!!! Though in all fairness, I have THOUSANDS of Kindle books on my app from buying so many FREE Kindle books, more then I'll EVER read in my lifetime!!! :lol2:
So when I do open the app, it usually freezes and closes and I get aggravated & frustrated and give up!!
But honestly, I can't wait to check out "The Process of Living" (especially since the sample told me nothing and like 1 page of the book!) & will have to fight the Kindle app & deal with the nightmare of making it work so I can read this book! Like I said, everything on Amazon's page about the book & this official review, I think this book could be of use to a lot of people & very beneficial in so many of our lives, like my own! I'm always checking out books on Amazon about anxiety, meditation, mindfulness, DBT & CBT, journaling, stress, changing your life, self-help books related to mental health, etc. So this fits in the categories I research & add to my wishlist, and it was an affordable price at $0.99. I couldn't pass it up & had to buy!
This book sounds SO PROMISING, and could be very life changing! Like I said, I'm always looking for books to help my mental health & improving it (and my life in general!) Having PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc I'm constantly checking out different books.
Thanks for your great review! Congrats to the author on being the BOTD & thanks to the author for making the book affordable for me to purchase!

I’m intrigued about the concept of “The Process” in DeBarba’s bookso I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how to improve the quality of one’s daily life. This is quite relevant and timely in these trying times.
