Thank you for your review. I read the sample. This book is good for anyone who wants to begin an exercise routine. The chair is a low-impact way to work up to more vigorous exercises. Congrats to the author on the #BOTD.

Today's BOTD is a self-help book for seniors that allows them to focus on staying active with Yoga exercises geared specifically for them. I love that there are illustrations to help them achieve each of the moves in case they are beginners! This sounds like a great book to help maintain health and wellness, regardless of age. Thank you! :-)

I began yoga early this year, and no matter how "simple" it may seem, it sure does work. I got away from it these past two months for various reasons. One being, I lost my yoga "space" after I had gotten into a routine  . I wouldn't have given this book a second glance, but upon reading this informative review, I'm very glad to have this opportunity to read it. I never thought of "chair" yoga much, but now am realizing I don't have to have a "space." I have plenty of chairs :D .

I think this is a very helpful book explaining the options/actions and benefits of chair yoga with descriptions of the positions and movements. I think the book could be improved by providing a full list of the exercises (maybe as icons) to be done for that particular practice (each chapter) as a quick reference guide when undertaking chair yoga regularly.

I am so excited to start with these exercises! I have health issues that prevent me from engaging in regular exercise and this sounds ideal for me. An introduction to chair yoga, a method combining meditation, breath work, and customizable routines sounds very useful. Simple procedures and illustrations are exactly what is required to get going with this program with minimum problems. Thank you for your insightful review.

Health and fitness are two important aspects that contribute to a satisfying life. I don't know much about fitness, but learning about Chair yoga seems to be a good start. I will read the book.
