''Wellness on the Weekly'' is interesting to read and especially for those who have never quite understood what wellness means. l have participated in meditation practices lasting for 10 ten days in 2005, 2007, 2014, 2019. l believe for good readers, they will find this book quite relevant.

Social media has turned self-care and wellness into a time-consuming and expensive endeavor, so I welcome this simple and fun idea since I know I could use a little (a lot) less stress. Thank you for your review.

The review was in depth enough to catch my attention and make me want to read the book, which I will. It was also humourous enough to make me chuckle and get a better idea of what my future reviews need to include.

As someone who suffers from insomnia, the 4-7-8 method of breathing sounds very interesting! I will be sure to try this technique the next time I have trouble sleeping. From what I gathered online, it seems very effective. Thanks for letting us know about this and this book!

Reading Wellness on the Weekly felt like a gentle, affirming reminder to take better care of myself—not just physically, but emotionally too. I really connected with Mariah’s journey; her struggle to balance ambition with self-care felt incredibly real to me. And I loved how Tasha brought humor and heart to the group—her energy made me feel like I was right there in the room with them during those wellness meetings. This book didn’t just tell a story; it made me pause and reflect on how I’m treating my own well-being.

Thank you for your review. I sampled some of the chapters. Everyone can benefit from the simple instructions and tips to improve your overall health. I especially liked the writing of a loving letter to yourself, the breathing exercises, and the walking session.
