I find the CBT to be a major attraction for me. I am sort of burned out on self-help books that have fancy jargon too. I like that this #BOTD has the relatable to everyday life in it. Great review!

The practical action-points sound extremely helpful in helping one put the lessons learned to life. I am also glad the author used her life experiences. Thanks for the review.

I particularly like that the author included references for her information sources. It shows she knows what she's talking about and that it can be verified.

Everyone has expirienced anxiety, fear, fatigue and stress in one way or the other. To manage this problem is to do nothing and live like a baby. Who can? No one. President Donald Trump is already going through anxiety, fear, fatigue, and stress because of his ambition to rule the United States the second term. We must conquer these four problems of mankind in other to achieve greatness, and the more you achieve greatness, the more you conquer until you get to your old age and visit the ancestors.
I knew, the author wrote from experience. It never ends until one dies.

I'm a bit of a worrier myself so I can see that this book would be a great help to someone like me. It seems that the author has been thorough in presenting the facts and advice to the readers. This will benefit a lot of people since we all have our shares of anxiety, worry, and stress. Thanks for the review.

Standor5865 wrote: 31 Jul 2020, 06:23 The author kicks off with three relatable examples of times when anxiety, stress, and worry affected her and the people around her. These examples were consistently referred to, and they were employed to show readers how to apply the tools as the author dished out her lessons. I could see that the author had to deal with stress both at home and at work, just like I do, and I could see myself in the examples.
Using examples that a reader can relate to, is the best practice that an author can use. A book talking about stress and anxiety is a much needed thing right now.

Initially I started to read the review because of bonus points but after reading the review I definitely want to read the book, I also took the Amazon copy. I personally experienced panic attack, the only solution I found was, long drives. This must be the book for everyone.

As someone who has dealt with anxiety and stress on a daily basis in personal life for a long time,I can say that this book would be of immense help in reducing the stress levels. Also seeing Linda's prescription of using positive affirmation in life is great as I have practised that myself! Thanks for the review!!

It was not until I read this review that I found out that anxiety could cause bowel disorders. I love the fact that the author points out that we are the experts of our own bodies.
