I knew, the author wrote from experience. It never ends until one dies.

Using examples that a reader can relate to, is the best practice that an author can use. A book talking about stress and anxiety is a much needed thing right now.Standor5865 wrote: ↑31 Jul 2020, 06:23 The author kicks off with three relatable examples of times when anxiety, stress, and worry affected her and the people around her. These examples were consistently referred to, and they were employed to show readers how to apply the tools as the author dished out her lessons. I could see that the author had to deal with stress both at home and at work, just like I do, and I could see myself in the examples.
