This is a very in-depth review--thank you for taking the time to write so thoroughly. There are so many "self-help" books out there; you made this one seem like a notch above the rest.

This seems to be an insightful book that many readers could find motivation in. A deep examination of oneself, knowledge of one's past, present, and future, as well as a forward-looking outlook, are always therapeutic.

I do not consider myself "lost in my journey of self-discovery", but I am intrigued by the many things that this book discusses. I am fascinated by the 'awareness training' that the author will discuss in the first part. I am also intrigued by the intruder that "has corrupted my faculty of thoughts."
Congratulations to the author for BOTD!
