The Ultimate Love by Sherine Anniruth is a powerful, emotional, and consolatory book that the writer uses to express her pain resulting from. the loss of her child. She not only expresses her grief but also comforts people that have experienced the loss of a loved one. Through this book, she explains that the love of a parent for her child is ultimate, and there is no word suitable for a grieving parent.

I love her writing pattern because even a layman can understand everything she writes without having to consult a dictionary. My attention was particularly drawn to a sentence where she stated that “Love resides in our hearts, so, as long as we can breathe, we can love.” This is great motivation for me and every grieving person that they can still love their departed loved ones even in death as much as they did while they were alive. I came across this book when I lost my aunt, and this book has been a great consolation to me.

In as much as the book is encouraging, I felt bad when I saw negativity in what she wrote; I quote, “Every day I ask myself why it had to be him, why he had to be taken away from me and from this world at such a young age when he had his whole life ahead of him, yet I may never know." After reading the above sentence, I believe no child deserves death at a tender age, but she sounded as though she had wanted another of her children to die in Nadeem’s place or that Nadeem should die when he is a little bit older than his age, which doesn’t make any sense to me. Another thing I didn’t like about the book is that I expected to read about how Nadeem’s father and her other children coped with the situation.

I rate the book 4 out of 4 stars because of its message and simplicity. My reservations aren’t enough reason to deduct any star. Moreover, the review doesn’t contain any errors; it is exceptionally edited. Additionally, it was not only refreshing for me to see the images that were included throughout the book, but it also made me sympathize more with the author's message.

I recommend this book to everyone, whether you are grieving or not. That way, everyone would be able to understand how people who have lost their loved ones feel. Moreover, everyone will be in that position sometime in their life. I will say that the book is a mirror through which we not only see the heart of grieving people but also understand the unspeakable pain they cannot tell or express.
