"Passionate Purpose: A Global Governance Journey" is a compelling memoir by Jack J. Schramm. Schramm is a distinguished public servant whose career spans 50 years across state, federal, and international levels. Schramm began his political career as an elected member of the Missouri House of Representatives, where he specialized in complex, innovative legislation. He then served as Regional Administrator of the newly established U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Carter Administration. In this role, Schramm was responsible for administering all federal environmental laws in the severely impacted Mid-Atlantic States. Later in his career, Schramm worked as a consultant and was engaged by organizations such as USAID, the World Bank, and other donors for senior assignments in 26 countries. His consulting work spanned various regions, and he provided expertise on industrial policy in countries including Russia, China, Egypt, the Philippines, and Afghanistan.

His passion for public service shines through in every chapter, and his anecdotes provide valuable lessons in governance and leadership. Schramm's writing is both engaging and informative, making complex topics accessible to readers. What I liked most was the detailed and organized entry of events from the author’s life. This clear-cut analysis and first-hand look into a public servant’s life were very insightful. Reading Schramm's memoir gave me a deeper appreciation for the dedication and hard work required in public service.

I enjoyed reading Schramm's narrative about his travels through the remote areas of the Middle East, Pakistan, and India. The sarcasm and humor depicted in that chapter made me laugh. His witty observations and playful commentary brought those experiences to life in a way that was both amusing and memorable. And I also liked the attitude of the author, who never wishes to retire from his duties; he describes himself as semi-retired, working at the age of 80. As for the editing part, I only found a very minor formatting issue with a few hyphenated words, so we can say that the book was professionally edited. And there's nothing I dislike about this book. So, I rate it 5 out of 5.

Overall, "Passionate Purpose: A Global Governance Journey" is a must-read for anyone interested in public service, environmental policy, or global governance. Jack J. Schramm's memoir is not only a reflection on a remarkable career but also a source of inspiration for future leaders.

Visual Appeal: It uses vibrant colors and visually attractive location to catch the interest of children. The depiction of heaven is meant to be lovely and consoling.Positive Message: Evidently, hopefulness, faith and a better existence after death are among its main subjects. This can give comfort to children and act as an easy introduction in religious practices for them.Short and Simple: Because the movie is short, it is suitable for young people who have less concentration span. With a simple narrative structure, the film will ensure that the message being passed across is clear.Weaknesses:Intense Themes: While this seems noble, some kids may find it unpleasant or perplexing to have been taken suddenly up into heaven which they may never have come across before.Lack of Depth: The fact remains that because it is so short, this film may over-simplify or not fully explore all of the theological ideas which are brought forth within it; thus leaving many questions unanswered within older children’s minds.Limited Appeal: Religion is everything in this movie whose audiences should be restricted only to those coming from similar cultural backgrounds or with similar religious affiliations. Conclusion:"Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids" is a well-intentioned, visually engaging film that aims to introduce children to the concepts of faith and heaven in a gentle manner. However, its

If this book is indeed organized, then I don't mind reading about Schramm's political life.

Mr.Schramm has met a lot of people around the world and has had the experience of dealing with important issues regarding governmental and business policies. Your review has sparked my interest in this book. I am interested in Schramm's anecdotes about the different places he has been and the people he has met. I am also interested in how the EPA came to be. Thank you for reading and reviewing this book. I always trust your opinion.
