When I go to the URL and I enter the code to redeem my free gift, Amazon returns a "Sorry we couldn't find that page" message.

Hey, I am unable to download as it tells me that Amazon is unable to verify my location. It also says that I need to be in the same country/region of the sender. I have tried sharing my location with Amazon but that still has not worked. I am right now using my phone (android).

I click on the free gift link that takes me to Amazon to download the book, however when I arrive at Amazon a picture of a dog pops up and says “sorry we couldn’t find that page”.

The problem is none of those questions stated above; when putting the code given to me, it’s says Amazon page not found. I’ve tried this more than 6 times and it says the same message as if the code is incorrect. I can’t access anything past that

I downloaded it from Amazon but could not open within Kindle. I tried to downloaded within my laptop but cannot only on Amazon file

1. Did you try the solution above? Which one(s)--Option 1, Option 2, or Option 3? Can't do them
2. Do you get some kind of specific error message? What does it say exactly? Kindle does not work for downloading this type file
3. What device are you using? PC and android, the android has the book but is very hard to read since I have low vision and wear trifocals.
4. Have you ever been able to open a mobi file in the Kindle App on that device? Android only
5. What other details or information can you provide to help troubleshoot? Any other details are helpful. I gave up on using PC. It just won't open any files from android transfer and can't find the option how to do it anyway. I can see my old books on cloud at amazon and this book will still not open on the cloud version of Kindle. Fine print on android so cannot read at all. Can't see it.

I am also having this problem. The links to get the book come up as not existing.

When I click on the link I get the pop up status of link not existing. The only option I have is to return to Amazon homepage .
