Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

1. Did you try the solution above? Which one(s)--Option 1, Option 2, or Option 3? Can't do them
2. Do you get some kind of specific error message? What does it say exactly? Kindle does not work for downloading this type file
3. What device are you using? PC and android, the android has the book but is very hard to read since I have low vision and wear trifocals.
4. Have you ever been able to open a mobi file in the Kindle App on that device? Android only
5. What other details or information can you provide to help troubleshoot? Any other details are helpful. I gave up on using PC. It just won't open any files from android transfer and can't find the option how to do it anyway. I can see my old books on cloud at amazon and this book will still not open on the cloud version of Kindle. Fine print on android so cannot read at all. Can't see it.

When I click on the link I get the pop up status of link not existing. The only option I have is to return to Amazon homepage .

The books I select are unavailable or there is a general error. I keep getting a 'Page not Found' 'Sorry we couldn't find that page' message every single time.

When trying to open the Onlinebookclub file, I did click the link given but it took me to a page showing "sorry we could not find that page". I did try again with the gift code provided but when entering the gift code it took me to the same page showing "sorry we could not find that page." I have not been able to redeem the gift. please respond back to me about this technical error to my email that is on file.

I checked on Amazon-de that Launchpad Republic is available here (Euros 19,20 BTW).

When I try to follow the links given, Amazon returns a message that it cannot find that page. When I tried adding the book to my cart and using the gift code to pay, it says I've exceeded my spending limit. I'll just pick another book.
