Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

I love the mystery genre, historical fiction, or stories about the inner journey of protagonists.

The SandPeople is engaging and enthralling, an impressive work of art with vibrant colors and realistic depth of field, the finest choice for a relaxing session than a full-time study.

While I did enjoy this book, it wasn't quite what I expected. I thought there was going to be more of a ghost story. I would have loved a little more interaction and backstory from the ghost.

I thought it was going to be a more action packed adventure novel. That’s not to say I was disappointed.. far from it, not every book has to be raw action and happenings all the way through. It was gentle and informative.

I completely agree. I went in expecting more from this book. Not that it was bad, just a bit slower paced than anticipated.

For me, it exceed my expectations. I didn't know what to expect when I first read the title and saw the cover of the book. Other that the thrilling coming-of-age story, the mystery and historical fiction part really got me hooked.

Yes, the book definitely met my expectations. The narration kept me glued till the end of the book. The plot, Lea’s journey, and the spooky elements of ancient folklore retained my interest in this story till the end.

From the cover and title, I was expecting some calm, historical fiction, and mystery. It didn't fail to deliver on these expectations and I must say, I loved it. So yes, it met my expectations.

Actually yes. Initially unsure of what to anticipate from the book's title and cover, I found myself captivated not only by the coming-of-age narrative but also by the intriguing elements of mystery and historical fiction.

My cousins did like the book and were hooked up to find out what happened at the end. So I would say it was a good read in my opinion and my expectations were met

Absolutely yes, The Middle-grade historical fiction featuring the best friends as their main protagonists and built around the theme of self-discovery is a big market these days.
