Finally was it "Book cover" or " Book Description" grab the attention more?

Firstly, Book cover made me to look at it twice because of it smudge human face, which creates confusion with curious. Later when I dive into book description, it made more curious of what happens, how happens, how it will be more close to reality.

My cursory glance at the cover suggested that the book could be about the future and humans, possibly about clones (glittery prism - vortex) But for this question, I would have let this book pass without reading the description. But the description with its mention of an oldest London pub, a clandestine life-altering project, and digital age chaos really drew me in! So it was the description that grabbed my attention more.

I would say that the book cover was the more attention-grabbing feature of the book. The cover has a dystopian feel to it, with its blue color scheme and unidentified silhouettes of people. The cover of the book is really what attracted me to even look at the book description, and that solidified my decision to consider the book as part of my reading list. It was detailed enough, but did not give any spoilers. I am truly interested in seeing how the simulation experience affects the lives of the individuals in the friend group.

Well, the book cover is what you feel first, catchy high tech stuff, but it just took me to the description which had it's own charm on me driving me into the book.

Definitely the description. The cover was alright, but it was the premise that really caught my attention. The whole idea behind 'Anticipation Day' felt unique and made me curious about how the story would play out.

I believe that the cover is the most eye-catching part of any book. The idea of a book cover is to catch a readers attention to make them want to read the description, therefore I would think that the cover would grab my attention more than the description. However, I would have to enjoy the description after the cover caught my eye to actually decide to read the book.
