I'll be honest, I like erotica and I like the sex, but I just need more to a story, you know?
I've seriously thought about gritting my teeth and writing one just because they sell so well in the market right now.

Kenner and a few others whose titles I've already forgotten, it gets old so fast. Girl meets guy, guy is rich, they make love on his yacht/in his mansion/(fill in the blank), he buys her stuff, she falls in love...

Precisely! Have you read Gabriel's Inferno? I was made to believe that was an erotic novel just like all other billionaire romance books but it turned out there's really almost no "erotica" in it. It's def more story line than sex. It started slow but then once they did ""get together" it kinda took off like wild fire like what you mentioned. It still has the "obsessed" theme a lot of them do. I wish a lot of these books weren't so "we had sex, we are a couple now BAM ENGAGED AND SO IN LOVE OMG I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT YOU". It reminds me of high school when you celebrated 3 week anniversaries because you guys are soul mates

And I totally get what you mean about writing one yourself. I've been mulling over what I plan to write this year and part of me wants to write my own just so I can not have the crazy guy obsessed with his girl and the little naive twit bugging him every second about his troubled past he wants to forget as they make love 5 times a day in his penthouse. And as you said, they tend to sell like hotcakes lol

What is the name of this series? Sounds like an entertaining read!

The first series is Billionaire Bachelors - The dad of the Anderson family plays matchmaker trying to marry off his kids all because he wants grandchildren!!
The second series is Baby for the Billionaire
