Heartaches 2 by H.M. Irwing, is the second part of a story of how love can conquer all, and how revenge can also play a part in helping heal what has been broken. The couple in this book have been through their own personal nightmares and together have been stitching each other back together with a love most of us can only dream of having. They are strong together and have to face their greatest enemies together even if it means having to dive head first back into the nightmares that haunt them in their sleep.

I loved how well put together the characters were. The friendship between the female character and her friend, as well as the man she loves, is very well thought through and developed. I love how the main characters love for each other is so blindingly consuming, you can almost feel the emotions they are feeling for each other as well as feel the pain and and anxiety when they are forced apart. You can almost believe that you are the characters, or you are right beside them watching everything happen and feeling everything happen.

I like being able to relate to the characters in the book I'm reading, and this book did just that. The only thing I can say that I did not like about this book is how it ends. I am not one for waiting and stopping before an idea or plan is fully hatched, but it does add to the suspense factor, especially when waiting for the next part of the story to come out.

In the end I would say that this book is very well put together, the characters are likeable, or in some cases not likeable at all, but still exceptionally well done.

I would give this book a 4 out of 4 star rating. It was an excellent story well thought out and well put together. The way that the parts of the story were put together when the couple were physically together was well done and didn't make me feel as if I was reading a version of 50 Shades of Gray whenever they did lay together. It left just enough to the imagination which I enjoyed, rather then having it all in full detail. I would reccomend this story to all my adult friends who enjoy a great romance that is mixed with mystery,revenge, and a hint of darker things to come.

This book is tailored towards a mature audience. I would not reccomend children or young adults reading it because there is sexual content.
